At Birth Expo VB, our mission is to remind you that your role is not to be a "good patient" it is to be a powerful advocate for yourself and your baby.
We exist to educate, empower, and restore autonomy to Virginia Beach families as they navigate the transition into parenthood. Through intentional panels led by trusted local providers and experienced birth voices, we offer clear, accessible education. Our goal is for you to understand your options, ask better questions, and make confident decisions rooted in knowledge not fear.
